What is Philn’fit Personal Training?
Philn’fit Personal Training consists of coaching from myself, Phil Brooks, a qualified fitness trainer. I’ll motivate, educate and challenge you throughout your training whilst providing nutritional advice to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Why is Philn’fit Personal Training so effective?
Philn’fit Personal Training is an extremely efficient and effective method of obtaining your health, fitness and or weightloss goals. I utilise incredibly effective exercise, motivational and nutritional strategies whilst keeping you continuously making progress.

What if I have injuries or health issues?
Any serious injuries or health issues require a signed medical clearance from your doctor prior to commencing Personal Training with Philn’fit.

What are the benefits of attending a Philn’fit Personal Training session?

Do I need to bring any equipment?
No, all exercise equipment is supplied. Simply bring a towel, drink bottle, hat and sunscreen.

How can I get started with Philn’fit?
Simply call or e-mail me. We’ll then have a brief chat on the phone about your goals and arrange a suitable time and place for your first session.

Where do you train people?
I train people at a place and time of their choosing. Whether it be inside their home, their backyard, a park, sporting field, reserve or at their place of business I can adapt to suit your needs.

What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime.

Are there any lock-in contracts with Philn’fit?
No.

What if I’m training outdoors and it rains?
If the grounds are deemed suitable for training, the Philn’fit session will still be held. However, if weather and/or grounds are unsuitable, the Philn’fit session will be postponed. Notice is always given in these circumstances.
